In my app if you wish to sell an item of clothing you
must submit all the details of your company and production including the
garments to Hangco in order for them to verify the sustainability of the
product. With this development I created a way in which the customer can feel
like they’re getting a product which in 100% sustainable. My idea around this
was to use an authenticity card concept. This card will be included with the
order once it has been tested by the Hangco team. My concept is shown below.
As you can see from the concept above the product has
been verified by a member of the Hanco team due to it being 100% sustainable.
This card is then hand signed by the specific employee and included in the delivery packaging of the product. I feel this creates a more personal shopping experience with
the consumer whilst also ensuring they get what they ask for, which is a
product this is sustainable. This method of sustainable online shopping will therefore ensure Hanco is very different to other marketplace apps such as Asos, Depop and Etsy.
